moreFrom his tough blue-collar roots in the industrial heartland of the North of England, Tony started his working life in the rough and tumble world of the financial services industry.
A quick learner and observer of human behavior, he very quickly worked his way to a senior executive role in record time.
As a team leader he very soon realized the importance of motivation and people development. As he studied what worked and what didn’t, the pursuit of peak performance soon became his passion and his purpose.
Today he may be working one day with the CEO of a global organisation who he is working with on an Executive Architecture Programme. The next day it may be a young professional golfer with a goal to get back on the major European and world tour. Then he might be off to New York or Dubai or Australia to inspire a group of salespeople or executives at one of his inspirational keynote addresses.
Over the last eleven years, Tony and his team have now built one of the most effective business and personal development organizations in the world that makes you focus on what you “GIVE”, not just what you get. His concepts are fresh, his ideas inspire and, most of all, he is real.

He lists himself as an entrepreneur and his background demonstrates his success. However he is first and foremost a mentor/coach to hundreds of people around the world.
moreHaving led the growth of Business Network International (BNI) in Australia from 40 chapters to 170 in just 6 years he has proven experience as a leader. As National Director for BNI in Australia he was responsible for Australia achieving the highest percentage growth in the world in 2004 as well as 3rd highest in 2003.
He is the creative brains behind such ideas as International Networking Week® and International Networking Day®. The event of International Networking Day® has been embraced worldwide by Governments, Corporations and numerous entrepreneurs in 41 countries.
As a professional speaker Geoff has entertained audiences for more than 22 years. More than 5000 people have learnt better presentation and speaking skills from Geoff. He was a District Governor of Toastmasters International in 1984/85 and the President of the National Speakers Association of Australia in Queensland in 2001.
He has a substantial business background in the manufacturing and building industries as well as his own business so he understands business and it’s challenges. He worked with Hunter Douglas Ltd (manufacturing) and Chadwick Industries (contracting) where he secured one of the largest contracts in that company of the Eastern Suburbs Railway specialized suspended ceiling worth close to a quarter of a million dollars.
Geoff brings to every assignment his 39 years business experience – several successful businesses – and lessons learned as a world-class speaker in 7 countries.
Geoff lives in Brisbane, Australia and enjoys reading (50 books a year), cooking (runs his own dinner party competition), singing in a community choir and playing golf (badly).
His theme of “Challenge the Impossible” epitomizes his attitude to life.

Ian is the Head of our European Division and has been with the Company for 4 years.
His background is in Financial Services having worked with Royal Bank of Scotland Group for almost 30 years in a variety of roles building to MD of one of their subsidiary companies – Mentor Services.
moreIt was in the role of MD that Ian became a client of Lifestyle Architecture for 3 years. Some headlines of the value of the programme for Ian were an increase in turnover from £4M to £20M and a staff opinion survey that was one of the lowest in the Group, before Ian became MD to top quartile in the group and Investors in People accreditation.
Ian has always had a passion for people and knows that delivering through people is the key to sustained profitability and growth.
Ian is a highly self-motivated, confident and loyal individual with a dedication and commitment to achieving excellent standards and results. Ian has tasted success in the Corporate arena and now wants to give back some of his knowledge and experience to help others enhance their performance, create time and increase their wealth/income.

moreJim has over 31 years of diverse business experience in the field of sales, marketing, information systems, training, business development and operations on the national and regional/local levels. Starting his career as a clerk in retail grocery then onto a career with Coca-Cola in many roles and markets, Jim’s leadership spanned from managing teams from 3 to over 319 and budgets in excess of $295M. Jim’s ability to lead the independent bottlers in a synchronistic path of peak performance with Fortune 500 national clients was exhibited by sales results of over 77% compounded increases over 4 years. Through this journey, Jim acquired the skills and passion for leadership, team and personal development for his giving role at Lifestyle Architecture.
Since leaving Coca-Cola in 2005 and the creation of two companies; Browning Business Solutions LLC and Your Profile Now!®, he has been very busy helping others. Jim has been assisting over 27 companies; from entrepreneurial to Fortune 500, develop business strategy on the retail and manufacturer sides of the business. His dedication to the growing of their business regardless of size is paramount. Throughout this journey, Jim continued to focus on business relationships, personal relationships and networking.
This focus on relationships and networking created another opportunity for Jim in the Social Media and Networking world. He is always a constant learner, so learning new technology and tools is easy. Jim has created a successful business in social media and networking training. Jim is one of the world’s largest and most respected social networkers on such tools as LinkedIn®, Ecademy®, Facebook® and Twitter®. On LinkedIn® alone, Jim has over 20,667 1st level contacts and a total network of over +20M connections. Jim lives and exhibits a simple philosophy with all whom he touches, serving others, give and help others unconditionally and “pay it forward”. Jim constantly gives back by assisting individuals and businesses on the benefits of using social media. He does this through training individuals on how to use LinkedIn® as a resource for the job search. He has trained over 10,753 people on the benefits of social media, FREE through church and non-profit “Jobs Ministries”. Jill Sweatman

management consultant and specialist educator working in the fields of leadership, education and change management. She holds degrees in Education and graduate studies in Communication Management specialising in Public Relations and Organisational Change.Jill has conducted assignments in 13 countries including a recent assignment in Saudi Arabia. Jill Sweatman is one of the few Australian business educators who has studied at the Disney University, Florida and consulted with McDonald’s at Hamburger University, Chicago.
Jill is known for her meticulous research, fully customised programs and a genuine commitment to her chosen clients. Jill has written over 20 articles on topics like cultural change and service strategies and she can be found in a number of management guides and publications like Newsletter for Leaders.
All her workshops are highly interactive and colourful, combining well researched theory with practical experience to augment the learning and ready application. Marilyn Santiago

moreMarilyn has been directly impacting more than 29,000 employees across divisions of some of America’s leading Fortune 500’s including GE and Honeywell over the course of her 25+ years in human resources.
As a leading specialist, she has focused on leading employee relations, program implementation and change management initiatives that drive strategic culture improvements. Marilyn has led Employer of Choice global business strategies achieving the highest overall annual Associate Quality Growth / Opinion Survey scores for three consecutive years increasing overall scores by 21% . She has designed and led “confidentiality workshops” totalling 799+ hours of training. At one client, her programs reduced injuries and workers compensation claims by 50%, applicant flow by 70%, turnover rate from 56% to 16.5% and absenteeism by 50%. Marilyn has directed human resource start-up activities for corporations including a cutting edge business that processed over 13 million customer credit card payments per month. If that’s not enough, Marilyn has Six Sigma Greenbelt certification with LEAN manufacturing experience and project management training.
Marilyn also heads her own consulting firm, Marilyn Santiago & Company that offers cross-sector HR contract services which have included providing client outplacement services for 500 non-exempt associates and job readiness services to non-profit organizations for over 349 participants. Marilyn has also developed profiles and co-provided training to 9,175+ job seekers and business owners on LinkedIn.
Marilyn’s motto in life is to…. “Make a Difference in Someone’s Life Every Day”. Since 1992 Marilyn has lived this and currently chairs a job seekers ministry investing more than 15 hours per week to direct job fairs (+ 2,395 job seekers nationwide and 391+ employers creating more than 23% employment) and mentors job seekers (4,956 to date) and 9 different Job Seeker Ministries. Marilyn has spoken at SHRM, Continental Society, NAAAHR and various Job Seeker Ministries.
