1 Definitions.
 
1.1 The Business; i-inspire.me
 
1.2 The Leader; You
 
1.3 The Publications; All material published under the i-inspire.me
brand audio, ebook & visual.
 
1.4 The Publisher; i-inspire.me
 
 
2; The contract.
 
2.1 The contract is between you & i-inspire.me you agree to purchase 50
i-inspire.me audio stories which will be delivered in the form of a
audio download and then an accompanying monthly ebook over a period of
50 months from the point of purchase.
The contract requires you to pay $500 via debit or credit card.
 
3; Duration.
 
3.1 At the end of the 50 month period you will be emailed to confirm
you wish to continue as a leader & client you can then continue to
receive future publications on the same contractual basis but payments
for future publications will be made on a monthly basis.
 
4 Fees;
4.1 The business reserves the right to to change the fee structure for
leaders from time to time.
 
5 Referral Scheme.
5.1 Leaders benefit from the opportunity to introduce new leaders &
clients to the business.
Leaders will benefit from a direct introduction bonus of 34% from any
individual leader or client they introduce from their own direct efforts.
Leaders will also benefit from a team bonus of 4% from any
introductions made by their introductions to a maximum of four team levels.
We will provide a comprehensive plan of how this referral scheme works
on request from any active or prospective leader.
 
5.2. We are committed to comply with the laws in place in various
global regions and make no claims of high earnings or returns from
becoming a leader of i-inspire.me the referral scheme is simply a way
to reward simple, effective & consistent distribution of our publications.
 
5.3 It is illegal for a promoter or participant in a trading scheme to
persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting
others to join a scheme.
Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
 
6 Copyright.
6.1 All the material & publications in the business are the copyright
of Tony Wilson & i-inspire.me All rights are reserved no part of the
publications may be reproduced, stored in or introduced into a
retrieval system, or transmitted in a any form or by any means
(electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or
otherwise) without the prior permission of the publisher.
 
6.2 The publisher gives the purchaser only, the permission for personal
use of the publications.
 
6.3 Any person who does any unauthorised act in relation to the
publications may be liable to criminal prosecution and civil claims for
damages.
 
6.4 All publications are sold subject to the condition that it shall
not by way of trade, or otherwise, be lent, resold, hired out, or
otherwise circulated in any media without the publishers prior consent.

7 Right to withdraw from the contract.
 
7.1 You have the right to withdraw from your transaction without charge
and without giving any reason until delivery of the publication has
started. You do not have the right to withdraw from a transaction once
delivery of the publication has started at which point your transaction
is final. The contract commence immediately when you begin to download
a product from the relevant Site and you will not have a right to
cancel your contract once the services commence unless you have
received an unacceptably poor download. If this happens, you must tell
us as soon as possible using the ³Report a Problem² link on our site
and if the poor download is caused by i-inspire.me and cannot be
resolved, a refund may be provided.
