Business Opportunities

The business is growing rapidly now due to demand from the three sectors and, as a result, is attracting great individuals, teams and companies to a fantastic opportunity, which can be taken advantage of around the world.

We are expanding by leveraging our people development methodology and making it available on license to those individuals, teams and companies who qualify.

In short, there are four opportunities – joining our global team as a Country Licence, Master Licence, Practice Partnership or Partner.

Outlined below are the role profile and key attributes for each respective opportunity.

Country Licence

Key role
  • As a business builder you exclusively own the selling rights in your agreed Country and are responsible for the strategic development, orchestration and roll out within this Country via the recruitment and support of Partners.
Key Attributes
  • You are passionate about people.
  • You have a business development team already or are prepared to invest in one to facilitate the growth of your Country.
  • You are a proactive, visionary and entrepreneurial with the ability to create opportunities in any of our four markets.
  • You are a well-respected influencer / leader in your business community and have a strong network of business associates at the “decision maker” level.
  • You have an ability to develop and inspire a team of Partners.
  • You are have the resources and are looking to invest for a great leveraged return.

Master Licence

Key role
  • As a business builder you exclusively own the selling rights in your agreed Region and are responsible for the strategic development, orchestration and roll out within this Region via the recruitment and support of Partners.

  • You have a business development team already or are prepared to invest in one to facilitate the growth of your region.
  • You are a proactive, visionary and entrepreneurial with the ability to create opportunities in any of our four markets.
  • You are a well-respected influencer / leader in your business community and have a strong network of business associates at the “decision maker” level.
  • You have an ability to develop and inspire a team of Partners.
  • You are have the resources and are looking to invest for a great leveraged return.
*This has especially proven successful where a training/consultancy company has acquired this as an add-on to their existing core business.

Practice Partner

Key role
  • As a proactive partnership you will have the proven qualities as a business builder and also have the business development & practitioner skills within your current field of expertise and business
Key Attributes
  • You are passionate about people
  • You are an established, credible, respected and successful training or coaching company or management consultancy with a strong team
  • You have a business development team already or are prepared to invest in one to facilitate the growth of your business.
  • You are entrepreneurial with a solid client base, considerable network and a proven ability to sell.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver on a 1:1 and group basis.
  • You are looking to grow your existing business and to get more wallet-share from your existing client base as well as enter new sectors and/or attract new clients.

Partner

Key role
  • As a proactive partner you will have the proven qualities as a business builder and also have the business development & practitioner skills within your current field of expertise and business
Key Attributes
  • You are passionate about people & development.
  • You are entrepreneurial have a credible, respected and extensive network of potential clients and a proven ability to sell.
  • You are prepared to invest in business development.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to coach and deliver on a one to one basis.
